I was initially skeptical about purchasing a backpack vacuum, but my cleaner highly recommended it. I must say, I am extremely impressed and thoroughly enjoy using it. It is very powerful and performs excellently on all surfaces. I was initially unsure about the vacuum head due to its simple appearance, but it has proven to be very effective, and its simplicity prevents hair from getting caught. Carrying the vacuum on my back is also very comfortable. My only adjustment is getting used to maneuvering it without hitting walls.
