Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Cleaners Gallery Australia Pty Ltd, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling orders placed through our purchase options.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, packed, or dispatched.

As we begin preparing orders immediately after they are placed, customers must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation.

Important Conditions

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours from the order time.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact us by phone for urgent cancellation requests.
  • If the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Orders Already Processed or Dispatched

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be cancelled.

As some orders are transferred to external warehouses for dispatch shortly after being placed, cancellation requests submitted after processing may not be accepted.

In such cases, customers may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Conditions for Processed Orders

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to approved returns.
  • Approved returns will generally be issued as store credit only.
  • In some circumstances, and at our sole discretion, a refund may be provided instead of store credit.

3. Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect orders may be cancelled before collection.

Please contact us as early as possible so we can process your cancellation request.

If the order has not already been processed or packed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


4. Payment Method Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout, including:

  • Afterpay
  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


5. Changes to Orders

If you need to modify your order, including:

  • Products ordered
  • Quantities
  • Delivery details
  • Pickup location

Please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.


6. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or modification requests if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
  • During peak periods, promotional events, or sales campaigns, orders may be processed faster than usual, which may reduce the available cancellation window.
  • We recommend contacting us by phone for urgent cancellation requests.
