OVEN CLEAN is a fast-acting, foaming detergent which is designed for removing fat, grease, carbon and burnt-on food residues from ovens, grills, hotplates and combination steamer ovens. The OVEN CLEAN foaming trigger produces a rich, dense foam which clings to vertical surfaces.

How Does It Work?

OVEN CLEAN is an alkaline detergent with ingredients to dissolve and emulsify oils and fats (anionic and nonionic surfactants and water-soluble solvents) as well as saponifying fats (potassium hydroxide). It is a water-based detergent. The hydroxide level is set at the correct concentration to prevent any attack of the seals in combi-ovens.
