Application
Combi Foam is designed to clean stainless steel surfaces. It should not be used on aluminium surfaces such as range hood filters. Combi Foam is ideal for use in liquid-fed Combi ovens and should be used as per the machine manufacturers cleaning instructions.
Directions
OVENS & GRILLS:
1. For use in Combi ovens, refer to machine manufacturer’s instructions.
2. For other ovens, apply HDFC to warm surfaces (<80°C) in neat or diluted (1:20 to
1:40) form.
3. Leave on surface for up to 10 minutes.
4. Scrub heavily soiled areas and rinse off with potable water.
5. Food contact surfaces such as grill plates can be rinsed with a diluted vinegar solution after water rinsing to ensure all alkaline residues are removed.
MANUAL CLEANING:
1. For use as a foaming cleaner in heavy duty applications, Combi Foam can be applied neat.
2. For light duty cleaning, Combi Foam can be diluted from 1:20 to 1:40 (50mL to 25mL per litre).
3. Foam all over surfaces and allow up to a 10-minute contact time.
4. Scrub heavily soiled areas and rinse off with potable water.
5. DO NOT use on aluminium, galvanised, enamelled or painted surfaces.
Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) APPLICATION:
1. Use Combi Foam at a concentration between 1.0 - 8.0% v/v and temperature ranging from 50-80°C.
2. Apply using foaming machine.
